At Shar Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of instruments and accessories. If you are not happy with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account to view your order history and select the items you wish to return to obtain a Return Authorization number.
Pack Securely
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that instruments are well-padded to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
